Shipping & Returns
New and Unused Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. The items must be in original condition, clean, never having been installed, and complete with no missing components. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the buyer will be responsible for both original and return shipping costs in such a case. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. The 1 Year Limited Warranty (Limited Lifetime for certain products as noted on the item listing page) guarantees the part against defect for 1 year from the purchase date. The Warranty covers the purchased part only, it does not cover labor, shipping, wear-and-tear, or any other fees or costs. In the event of a defective item, please contact us, and we will issue you an RMA # to return the item. Once we receive the item, inspect it to make sure it is ours and there are no missing components, we will issue your refund or send a replacement unit. Warranty claims over 90 days are eligible for replacement only. Parts Galaxy reserves the right to require the VIN for any warranty or incorrect fit claims.
We will ship most orders received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time (6:00PM Eastern Time) Same-Day. That means we will put your item on the UPS or USPS truck the same day you order it. If your order is placed on the weekend or on a national holiday, then it will ship on the next business day.
